Taylor Aiko Geddes

Taylor Aiko Geddes passed away on September 9, 2018 in Weld County, Colorado. She was born in Denver, Colorado on February 10, 2000 to Gregg Geddes and Hiroko Hasado. She attended Heritage Elementary School and graduated from the Endeavor Academy in Centennial in 2018. She was currently enrolled as a Business Major at Metropolitan State University in Denver. She enjoyed worked at her Uncle Wayne’s sushi restaurant, Sushi Sasa in Denver. She enjoyed everything associated with her beloved horses Bella and Cash. She was easy to be around, always smiling and wanting to make other people happy with her outgoing personality.


She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda L. Geddes. She is survived by her parents, Gregg Geddes and Hiroko Hasado; her brother Mack; her uncle Wayne Conwell and his wife Keiko and son Taiga, and her grandfather Frank B. Geddes; uncle Bucky Geddes; aunt Debbie Geddes; as well as numerous cousins.


Memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Darrell Howe Mortuary in Lafayette with a reception to follow at the mortuary.

Today, I learned that your family is mourning the loss of your beloved Taylor. Please accept my condolences and be assured that almighty God is certainly aware of your painful feelings. Hiroko and Greg, Ai-chan was like a 2nd daughter to us and we are blessed to have so many wonderful memories with her. I’m sorry Shigeko and Ema couldn’t make it to the funeral as they are in Japan.
