Linda Marie Leggett

Linda M. Leggett died peacefully, surrounded by her family on March 26, 2018, at her home in Thornton. She was 62 years old.

She was born Linda Marie Rohlf on December 13, 1955 in Uniontown, PA, the daughter of Peggy (Dailey) and Ivan Rohlf. She was one of eight children born to this family.

She grew up in Uniontown where she attended and graduated from St. John’s High School in 1974. After high school she attended finance school at Durbin’s Secretarial School. She last worked at G.E. Healthcare in Lafayette as a Document Control Specialist.

Linda was married to Mark Munyon in 1976 in Virginia.  To this union three children were born. Angie, Mark Jr. and Becky.

On January 14, 1996, she was united in marriage to Scott Alan Leggett at the Elk’s Lodge in Louisville, Colorado.

Linda enjoyed listening to music, working on puzzles but especially spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her son Mark Munyon, Jr. and her sister Peggy Cookus.

Surviving family members are her husband Scott Leggett. Daughters Angie Pugh and husband John of Thornton, Becky Munyon and Lee Sylvester of Broomfield. Surviving siblings are Robert “Bob” Rohlf and his wife Diane of Central City, PA, Gerard Rohlf and wife Marita of Pittsburg, PA, Frances Rohlf and wife Rosemary Bertocci of Ebensburg, PA, Mary Packrone of Uniontown, PA, David Rohlf and his wife Linda of Lorenzo, CA, and Michael Rohlf and wife Tricia of Brownsville, PA. Her loving grandchildren are Simon Pugh and Charlotte Pugh. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Memorials may be made in Linda’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Services

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church in Lafayette, CO.

A reception will follow the service at the church.

Inurnment will be at 1:30 PM at the Louisville Cemetery
