Condolences

I first met Bill when I worked at HW Home. I liked him immediately and loved his talents and abilities, his work ethic and his total dedication to always doing the best job possible for his clients. He was unique talent that could actually reproduce an upholstered sofa or chair from scratch using only a photograph and it would turn out perfectly. I never understood how he could do that - but he was a genius at being able to create whatever you needed. And I always followed his advice on how a fabric would look best on the finished piece, because he was always right. As our friendship grew and we were talking one day, we discovered that we had lived in Seattle at the same time years ago and that we knew many of the same designers there too. At that moment I felt even more connected to him. I was shocked and sad to hear of his passing. I had not seen him for a year or so and had I known he was ill I would have contacted him and paid him a visit. I send my deepest, sincere condolences to his family.
Bill, Wishing you peace, happiness, your delicious hamburgers and plenty of chocolate cake on your heavenly journey. We were blessed to meet you through Karen and have five years of good times and fun memories. Enjoyed seeing your work - such modesty in the face of such consummate craftsmanship. Even more, enjoyed your keen wit and mischievous humor. With a few well placed words, you had us all laughing out loud. But most of all, we appreciate the kindness, generosity and good heart you shared with everyone who had the pleasure to share some part of your life. Your a good man, Bill. Hope you wore your Elton John sunglasses or light up bunny ring on your journey home. With heartfelt sympathy to Bill's sisters, daughters, son, loved ones and their families for your loss and gratitude for time we got to share with Bill and Karen, Leslie
