Toni Rodriguez
October 2nd, 1965 — January 17th, 2023
Beloved Mother, Grandmother & Friend
Toni Florence Rodriguez (Plumley), also known to dear loved ones as "HeHe" was an amazing mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend whose body left us too soon on January 17th, 2023, after a hard battle of fighting cancer. She was born on October 02, 1965, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was later raised in Louisville, Colorado by parents Noddy and Edward Plumley.
Toni is survived by her daughters Stephanie Garcia and Larisa Rodriguez. Siblings: Joseph Martinez, Linda Shoessler, Diane Tammen, Jerry Plumley, George Plumley, Sandra Davis, Lita Weber, Doris Garcia, Debbie Lujan, Paul Plumley, and Mike Plumley and her enormous caring family.
Toni was a wonderful grandmother to her surviving grandchildren: Emma Nelson, Isaiah Taylor, Nicole Garcia, and Dylan Garcia along with her surviving great-grandchild: Oakland Anthony Nelson.
She was proceeded in death by her parents: Noddy and Edward Plumley of Louisville, Colorado, and her former husband of many years Anthony Rodriguez. Her son Joe Rodriguez and brother Felix Plumley also greet her at heavens gates.
Toni was a loving and caring person and had a smile that brighten the room. Those who love and know her understand the jalapeno in her purse. She embraced the smallest blessings in life and appreciated what she had rather than what she didn't. Toni worked hard and devoted 27 years as a manufacturing worker at ConfiDental in Louisville, Colorado. She loved her job, and she loved the people she worked with.
Her hobbies included: baking with her grandchildren, dancing, attending concerts, listening to music, and cookouts with family and friends. Toni always provided a stable and loving home to share with her children and grandchildren. She was generous and would help anyone if they needed her. Her contagious smile and laugh will be remembered every time her name is mentioned.
As she battled cancer, she loved snuggling with her beloved chihuahua "guera" and grand dog "Pixie" and appreciated the love shown upon her while she fought her battle for 8 months. She fought to live and to be among us as long as possible. Toni was determined to ring the bell of defeat.
Her heart was golden and the light she carried followed her. She loved her siblings with all of her heart, she had a special connection with each one. Toni will forever be missed. Her smile, her laugh, and her easygoing spirit! She was so much to so many...May we always remember her beautiful spirit and honor her all the days of our lives.
