Gregory B. Kuehl was born on June 25, 1953 in Oak Park, Illinois to Tom and Betty Kuehl. He passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the age of 68.

As a child Greg lived in suburban Chicago, Huntington, New York, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He was one of the “super six” basketball stars on Gettysburg High School’s 1971 team. Following high school he attended the Illinois Institute of Technology where he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering.

After over 20 years of selling electric motors and controls, Greg began working for the United States Postal Service as an electrical technician. He enjoyed trouble shooting machine breakdowns and sharing stories with his family about how he “saved the post office.” When not working, Greg enjoyed star gazing, skiing, reading, golf, gaining knowledge in history and science, and enjoying his family.

Greg is proceeded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by his wife Kathy of Superior, CO; his daughters, Michele Kuehl and Karen (Geoff) Mills; granddaughters Addie and Emmie Mills; his brothers John (Kathleen A.) Kuehl of York, PA; Tom Jr. (Janet) of Export, PA; and Kevin (Catherine W.) of Quincy, IL and a multitude of in-laws, nieces and nephews.
